http://radiationcity.net/ Radiation City is a great local band and is currently one of my favorite bands.
They are an indie pop band that was formed by Cameron Spies and Lizzy Ellison and then eventually joined by Randy Bemrose, Matt Rafferty, and Patty King.
They have an album called “The Hands That Take You” and an EP called “Cool Nightmare” currently released.
Their second album called “Animals In The Median” will be released on May 21st.
If you want to check them out you can see them this Saturday at the Live Wire Radio show at the Alberta Rose Theater or on June 28th they will be playing their official record release show at the Wonder Ballroom after coming back from their tour around the states.
Thanks, Jamie. Here’s a link to the Live Wire show if anybody’s curious: http://www.livewireradio.org/attend_a_live_show#869
